Position Title: Budget Assistant
Location: Ramallah
Deadline:17-Feb-2015
Duties and Responsibilities:
Build all the templates and reports needed for developing the company’s annual budget and Interim forecast.
Document all Budget assumptions and documents received from departments and any changes or relocation occurring.
Develop Actual Vs. budget Report on a periodic basis and investigate any deviation from budget and communicate it with the owner departments.
Assist in maintaining and controlling the approved budget, and coordinate with the departments for any budget exceptions or budget issues.
Work on the budgeting system, building and developing reports as needed.
Assists in developing analysis report and any budget related reports for business reporting and planning purposes.
Liaise with other departments (i.e. Launch, Technical, Marketing and Sales) to review and build business cases.
Performing additional duties as assigned
Experience & Qualifications:
BA or equivalent in a related field.
2 years of related experience required in a budget role. Previous experience in a mobile operator is a big plus.
Skills:
knowledge of all accounting and finance areas.
Skilled in math applications.
Excellent time management, presentation, and organizational skills.
Good in various software applications, such as Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, statistical packages, and graphics.
Excellent Team work skills
Flexible and ability to Work under pressure
