Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) Technical Adviser - Humanitarian Response Manager –
Position#: (DRR/WB/2014)
The DRR TA - Humanitarian Response Manager will provide technical advice and managerial support to Program Managers to implement quality DRR interventions and activities mainstreamed and integrated (cross-sectoral) into programs and projects. The post holder will be expected to work and coordinate with both technical and operational teams to ensure that proposals are designed and implemented to include practical and workable approaches, evidenced by high quality demonstrated DRR results.
The DRR TA - Humanitarian Response Manager will also advise, coach, mentor, and support the Humanitarian Response Team Leader in ensuring quality response by the oPt team regarding emergencies in the Palestine.
