Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Qualifications Required:
-Bachelor's degree in social science or relevant fields
-Minimum of five years working experience in management, monitoring, and evaluation of development programs and projects
-Prior experience in conducting assessments and surveys, project proposal development, programs design, selection of indicators of achievements, preparation and implementation of monitoring and evaluation plans, and data collection and analysis
-Strong command of the English language
-Very good computer skills and knowledge of statistical programs such as SPSS
-Strong organizational and leadership skills
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills
