وظيفة Medical ICU Facilitator - مؤسسة أطباء بلا حدود فرنسا - غزة
M.S.F. France “(Doctors without Borders) is currently seeking to hire a Medical ICU Facilitator for ICU program in Gaza.
The post location will be Gaza City with movements throughout the Strip. The Facilitator will support ICU Doctor with the developments and implementation of ICU training activities.
Requirements:
1. Excellent English language level proficiency both written and spoken is essential
2. Experience in translation is required
3. Medical background - diploma in Nurse or Doctor and practical experiences as a Register Nurse or doctor is an asset
4. Similar Previous facilitation experience with NGO is an asset
5. Experience in education and previous training experience will serve as recommendation
6. A proactive, results driven person with high energy levels, strong technical orientation and clinical competence
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to plan and organize and a commitment to personnel development
8. Good general organization skills.
9. ability to work with computer (word, excel and power point)
10. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
11. Ability to work under pressure and stress management capacity.
