Job Title: Administrative Assistant Ramallah.
Location: Ramallah Office.
Duration:1 year - renewable; depending on achievements.
INJAZ Palestine is an independent Palestinian non-profit NGO. Through partnerships with the private sector and educational sectors, INJAZ provides relevant programs delivered by trained volunteers from the Palestinian private sector to inspire and educate youth about entrepreneurial and leadership skills, helping to enhance their economic opportunities.
We seek a dynamic Administrative Assistant with excellent coordination skills to be responsible of processing and following-up on actions related to the Admin/Finance department, which will include the need to have flexibility in his/her work, and the willingness to learn and share knowledge with the team.
Position Duties
-Taking care of Ramallah office reception (eg: answering phone calls, sending & receiving faxes.
-Take care of the logistics related to INJAZ operation (transportation, meetings, events etc).
-Maintain calendars and schedule appointments and meetings.
-Archiving Admin documents.
-Support the financial department (preparing petty cash, biddings etc).
-Perform other related administrative duties; as required.
Personnel Requirements
-Relevant college degree.
-At least 2 years experience in related position.
-Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
-Capability of working in a potentially challenging environment with energy and positive attitude, and carrying out a wide range of tasks.
-Ability to work in teams and under pressure.
-Advanced computer skills.
