Duties and Responsibilities:
Build a proper wholesale segmentation and market proposition.
Create wholesale price list and modify it from time to time taking into account the benchmark.
Promote the IP service to all the ISPs and corporates.
Customer Visits & Customer presentations.
Responsible for the market penetration and increase the footprint.
Sales & Pre-Sales Reports.
Develop Agreement & SLA with customer.
Enhance & Maintain relations with customers
Manage the complaints submitted by the customers to secure the highest QoS along with the core department.
Financial invoicing with the customers.
Develop Solutions fit to customer needs as IP/Internet, Hosting Services, etc.
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in telecom & ISP filed
Presales experience is Plus (Both Technical & Commercial).
BSc in related field (Telecommunication, Electrical, or IT).
Skills and knowledge:
Knowledge of IP/Internet technical and business related subjects.
IP Wholesale Connectivity Solution architecture knowledge.
Knowledge of Telecom Technologies (ADSL, FTTH,FTTX, Internet Caching, Hosting Services, etc
