Finance & Administration Officer
ActionAid is seeking a qualified person to fill the position of
Finance & Administration Officer
for a 12 month period (extendable). The post location is
Global Platform Office in Bethlehem.
The key responsibilities for this position will be as follows:
-Be in charge of front office and maintain appropriate and effective administrative systems to ensure smooth running of the platform.
-To ensure effective financial management system in accordance with ActionAid’s policies and procedures
-To prepare efficient financial reports on a timely basis
-To oversee the overall administration and logistics management at Global Platform Office
-To act as the HR focal person in Global Platform office and ensure compliance of ActionAid’s policies and procedures
Eligible applicants are required to have the following qualifications and skills:
-A bachelor degree in accounting or related subject
-Minimum of 3 years experience in the field of finance/admin work
-Computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word
-Very good written and oral communication skills in English and fluency in Arabic
-Good personal, communication and team coordination skills
-Experience working with international and local partners
