HUMAN RESOURCES AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
LOCATION: BETHLEHEM /PALESTINE
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Strategic planning:
-Participate in, forecast and determine personnel demand of the SOS and involved in the annual planning as budgeting process. Also, he/she is a member of the National management team.
HR Policies and Processes:
-Develop, supervise and applying all policies, regulations, systems, YCCW/VD/Mothers HRM concepts, and manuals related to SOS HR/OD Affairs.
-Works in all fields of HR cycle containing e.g. Personnel planning, recruitment, orientation, integration, training, development, compensation and benefits and performance management.
Organisation Development:
-Offers advice to the National Director, NMT and board on matters of Organisation Development (OD) such as structure, governance and change management.
HR Administration:
-Timely organize – employment, transfer and dismissal of employees according to Labor Legislation/National legislation and orders of the National Director for Financial and Administrative Affairs. Control allocation and assignment of workers in different locations of the organization.
-Ensures that all employees have a well maintained staff file at national office level and manages the national HR database and staff remuneration
-Offers ad-hoc HR/OD support and advice to National Director and NMT.
Communication:
-Ensures that employees understand all HR aspects and relevant policies. And also, maintains and develops relationships with internal and external partners.
Minimum Requirements, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
-Master Degree in business administration with more than (4) years of HR experience.
-High level of integrity and a role model to staff with excellent skills of communication
-Knowledge of general law related to HR, (Palestinian Labor Law, Palestinian Civil service Law-etc).
-Ability to communicate fluency in Arabic and English with supporting agencies
-Computer literate (MS Office) in English and Arabic and have driving license.
