P&M&E officer - PARC - Ramallah

The Agricultural Development Association (PARC) is a Palestinian non-profit and non-governmental organization.

PARC is looking to recruit a Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation officer to work in its office in Ramallah

Location: Ramallah Governorate

Qualifications and Requirements:
1-Holder of Bachelor degree in economics, Business administration or any other related field
2-Minimum 10 years experience in similar field with international NGOs
3-The ability to develop planning techniques and control for the institution
4-Implementing evaluative tasks in the field
5-Proficiency in planning skills for various levels
6-Good report writing skills
7-High analytical and Quick search technique skills
8-Strong command of English (Reading, writing and conversation)
9-High computer skills (Word, Excel, power point …..etc)
10-Teamwork and flexibility to work effectively under pressure
11-Valid driving license
