وظيفة محاسب مشروع - غزة Project Accountant - Gaza
A local Palestinian is looking to recruit a project Accountant as member of the finance department team at its headquarter office in Gaza,
This individual will perform a number of action including and not limited to of review of contracts, project set-up and work breakdown structures, prepare invoices, invoice schedules and monitoring project performance, review cost proposals and contract supplements, tracking of project budgets versus expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets, estimate potential overruns, track unbilled costs, interact with corporate offices, project managers, auditors, client and sub-consultant representatives. Prepare sub-agreements, review and input sub-consultant invoices to ensure contract compliance in addition to monthly VAT report, monthly project financial report.
Requirements are as follows:
-BS in accounting, at least 2 years’
-proven experience working as project accountant
-familiar with international donors financial rules and procedures and
-strong computer skills in Excel and Word.
-The successful candidate will be detail oriented, capable of taking initiative, possess excellent written and oral communication skills
-must be familiar with budgets, cash flow, invoicing skills
-ability to handle multiple tasks and projects, works well as part of a project team.
