Holy Family Hospital Bethlehem is seeking to recruit a fulltime:Accountant
Individuals with the required qualifications hereunder are encouraged to apply
Primary Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing a comprehensive accounting program for the hospital, analyzes financial statistics and other accounting data, and supervises subordinate employees.
• Responsible for the timely preparation of accurate monthly financial statements and account reconciliations, journal entries and significant accounting transactions.
• Daily management of cash transactions including bank accounts, wire transfers, budgeting and
cash flow analysis as required.
• Responsibilities also include preparation of financial statements, accounts receivable and billing to third party providers, budgeting and cash analysis.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or closely related field of study from an accredited university.
• A minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Fluency in English and good knowledge of the French language is a must.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills.
