Administrative Coordinator - Ramallah
A public shareholding company is seeking to hire a professional for the following immediate position in their office in Ramallah, Palestine:
Position Title: Administrative Coordinator – Ramallah
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1-Managing and administering the office’s administrative systems and procedures.
2-Checking for the proper maintenance of all office supplies and facilities, ordering office stationary, recommending office cleaning and other services as required.
3-Arranging the times and places for the staff traveling, meetings, appointments…etc, and coordinating logistics with concerned entities.
4-Managing and maintaining the office petty cash as per procedures.
5-Handling telephone calls, responding to receive faxes and emails and answering enquiries as appropriate, and following up and tracking daily mail, archiving emails and ensuring backup.
6-Generating documents (letters, meeting minutes, reports, etc) as directed, in addition to handling and maintaining all confidential information.
7-Coordinating office operations and services and dealing with arising related problems, (phones, office supplies, electronics…etc) while maintaining and strengthening relationships with service providers and vendors.
8-Maintaining and updating lists of contact persons and entities for reference, and filing all the important documents and updating them when necessary.
9-Receiving visitors and corporate guests and making sure that hospitality is provided as required.
10-Providing administrative support to the direct manager.
11-Handling any other work related activities as per the direction of the direct manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
-Minimum two years of administrative experience and office management.
-Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) functionality.
-Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English languages.
-Excellent interpersonal skills.
-Effective verbal and listening communications skills.
-Very effective organizational.
-Excellent typing skills.
