Events Management Expert - PITA - Ramallah
Palestinian IT Association of Companies (PITA) is an equal opportunity employer and is currently looking for an events management expert to provide high-level support and consultancy services for designing and creating a distinctive 10th anniversary of Expotech 2013.
Contract will Start as soon as possible, and will be ending on December 15th
Location: Ramallah
Responsibilities:
The expert must provide PITA’s team with valuable content, creative ideas, and efficient management for the project. He/She will have to follow up on all running procedures and propose high-level support on how to create an outstanding event with wide international and regional outreach. As a major responsibility, the expert must empower Expotech 2013’s concept through adding new themes and activities and advising the committee on how to excel by working on a clear and solid roadmap. The expert will engage in assessing all advertising, PR, and logistical services related to the event, and suggest logistical out-of-the-box ideas to be applied in the time of the event.
Qualifications:
-7+ years of relevant experience, preferably, at an advertising agency or an events management vendor.
-The Expert must be creative and well-experienced in managing major international events.
-Bachelor degree in related fields, e.g. Business Administration, Marketing, or other social sciences. Postgraduate degree is a plus.
-Broad Knowledge in advertising and logistics.
-Connections with key stakeholders including international speakers and international media outlets.
